“What if you can’t safely escape and must fight?” Whether you're walking to your car, out with your kids, or home alone—sometimes, the unexpected happens. And when it does, you need more than just hope. You need real, practical tools to protect yourself and your loved ones. This self-defense class is designed for women of all ages, no matter your size, strength, fitness level, or prior experience. It’s based on powerful and accessible principles that teach how to turn your body’s natural response into your first line of defense. You’ll learn how to respond confidently and effectively when escape isn’t possible. In this course, we’ll cover: • How to use your body's natural movements as your best defense • Why size, speed, and strength are not the most important factors • Targeting techniques to stop an attacker quickly • The difference between primary and secondary weapons • Safe, slow-speed scenario training for real-life preparation This is a hands-on class, but it is not physically demanding. It’s made to be safe, empowering, and effective—whether you're a teenager, a working mom, or a grandmother. No experience required. Bring a friend, bring your daughter, or just bring yourself. Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at the time of registration. Class fees are non-refundable 72 hours prior to the start of the class. Minimum course enrollment is four (4) students. If minimum enrollment is not met, students will be notified 48 hours prior to class start.
