You Can't Avoid What You Don't Understand. Do you have a realistic view of what a real-world violent attack will look and feel like? All too often traditional self-defense classes cover basic defensive techniques without exposing their students to what criminals are truly capable of during an assault. This class is specifically designed to do just that and more. The primary focus of the class is to give you tools to help recognize and avoid a violent attack before it happens. This is a hands-off class and a primer for our Hands-On Self-Defense Class, where we will address what to do when you have no choice but to fight. Class size limited to ten students.

Cancellation Policy
Payment is due at the time of registration. Class fees are non-refundable 72 hours prior to the start of the class. Minimum course enrollment is four (4) students. If minimum enrollment is not met, students will be notified 48 hours prior to class start.
